During the inspection, I promise to inform you about the operation of your home. I want the inspection to be an enjoyable educational experience enabling you to learn about your new home.

I promise to use the latest testing equipment to perform an accurate assessment of your new home.

I promise to provide you a complete, indexed printed report with full color digital photographs illustrating both the positive aspects of the home and any problems we find.

I promise to include in the report any safety issues I may find, tips to save energy, along with reminders of maintenance items you will need to continue to perform.

In addition to the report I promise to provide a written copy of our inspection contract, an easy to read and understand report with a glossary of home inspections terms (to define any terms you may not be familiar), a copy of the ASHI Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics, a copy of a booklet "How to Operate Your Home" and reprints of my "Home Health and Safety Tips" articles in the Herald Dispatch (a USA-Today Gannett Newspaper)

I promise to make your complete report available on a secure web site to enable viewing at your convenience.

I promise to be available to sit down and go over the report and answer any questions you may have.

I promise to keep your inspection information confidential.

And I promise to put my best effort into each and every report I perform, as if I am inspecting my home for my own Mother.
